I've spent more than a decade doing hands-on bodywork, including working alongside chiropractors. My approach is therapeutic and tailored to the person on the table, with a focus on movement and the areas that need attention.
That might mean working on one stubborn area or taking time for a full-body session. We'll start with what brings you in and what you'd like to get out of your appointment.
