Privacy
How this website handles your information.
Browsing
This website doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics. Your answers in the session guide stay on the page and aren't saved or sent anywhere.
Booking an appointment
To request an appointment, enter your name, email address and phone number. You can also choose a few optional comfort preferences, which Billy receives with your appointment notes in Square. Please don't enter health information. Payment is made at your appointment; this website doesn't collect card details.
An essential session cookie and a booking reference in your browser help prevent duplicate requests and let you check the result. The server keeps encrypted booking records to handle retries. Contact details are removed from the local request record when it completes. Completed request records are kept for up to 30 days; unresolved requests may be retained until checked. Square holds the appointment and customer records under its own privacy policy.
Website access
To limit spam and duplicate appointment requests, the website keeps coded identifiers derived from your contact details, session and network address for up to 24 hours. These checks do not store your contact details or network address in readable form.
The server may record your IP address, browser information, pages visited, and the time of your visit to help keep the website running.
Your client account
The client portal uses separate account security and keeps your appointments, forms and rewards together. Read the portal privacy notice for details about account information, care records and your choices.
Fonts
The typefaces are stored on this website. Your browser does not connect to a separate font provider to load them.
Booking and external links
Square manages appointment and customer records. The optional interactive map on the Visit page is provided by Google Maps. Your browser connects to Google only when you choose to load it, or follow a Google Maps link. These services have their own privacy policies.
